I could write a book on the amount of complaints I have with this company. The incompetence is on another level, from the sales agent all the way to Management, customer service is non-existent. We're now into month 7 and I'm still yet to reach a conclusion for the handling of my license setup. Nobody seems to know the process, it's one agent neglecting responsibly after another whether it's failure to inform about the steps of setup and even finding out about additional costs later down the line! An IFZA agent clearly pointed out an error made by this company and even when we had the follow up meeting, all responsibility was denied all over again. Would not recommend, I've emailed Management twice directly also, only to be ignored. Over AED 20,000 and countless hours wasted and not a care in the world shown whatsoever.
